The Bengals pick up retired Defensive lineman Kimo Von Oelofen and he snaps Palmer's leg for good. Problem is, T. Pryor gives the Bengals a run for their money with his superior athletic ability.

Why can't you just enjoy a team during a good stretch? Why is that so hard for you? You and Kramer are trying so hard not to be called a Homer, you can't even enjoy a dominating 3 game stretch by "our" favorite team. I use the word "our" loosely, because I am not really sure if the Bengals are yours and Kramers favorite team.

Just enjoy the F'n ride for now until you have something to actually bitch about. Why is that so hard?

Because it comes against scrub teams. No one should get all rah-rah over wins over the Chiefs or Raiders. Considering this team has still yet to do anything against a good team, or in the playoffs (for 20+ years, we're not talking about a season or 2), there really isn't much to be so optimistic.

Most would say the Bengals are overachieving this year and are still a fairly vanilla, middle of the pack NFL team.

its okay, when they get killed in the first round of the playoffs we will still have interesting games to watch from the other playoff teams.
