Best money spent all year will be paying Delmas 109K per game played. Hopefully we pay the whole 1.75 mill

I agree 100 percent gandy. Love that delmas has to play to get his money. People started getting him mixed up with the mascot since he was on the sideline just as much.

The Lions do not have a true FB/H-Back on the roster. Unless they plan on Fauria or Michael Williams splitting TE/HB role I would think the Lions will look for a lead back via FA.

They've been referring to Williams as an H-back instead of calling him a TE, so I think that's pretty indicative of how they're going to use him. Run blocking is his biggest asset as of right now, so he makes a lot of sense the few times a game when we bring in a lead blocker.

I don't think we'll ever give up a roster spot to a true FB, given how little we use a lead blocker, so an H-back like Williams is likely as close to a fullback as we'll see under this administration.

I'm pretty pumped, to be honest, that they're already calling him an H-back. It might not sound like much, but basically it means he'll be an extra blocker that can move back-and-fourth pre-snap between the slot or the backfiled, or even cover up a tackle on the end of the line.

Basically he's going to be a big, versatile blocking back... not technically a FB per se, but he'll function the same way in our offense.

I guess one could say that the H-back is the new fullback in the modern spread offense...

It's still tackle football, but just barely.

Theo Riddick signed a $2. 25 million deal with Lions that includes a $91,000 bonus

Michael Williams is $2.22 million and includes a $65,148 bonus

Brandon Hepburn to $2.205 million deal that includes $45,896 bonus

Devin Taylor has a Signing bonus was just over $300k.
