I took a much longer sabbatical after the collapse. It's tough.

I don't remember if I posted it but i said I wouldn't be surprised to lose that series in 6 in other places. But to lose game 6 like that was wow. I've never understood how a franchise witn 45 years of history and hundreds and hundreds of different players, dozens of coaches and managers can choke so badly every year. Mots like it's been the same roster for 45 years

I can certainly empathize with that - Do you know how may first round playoff series the Flames have won since 1994? Two.

Why only go back to 1994? Since their cup win in 1989, the Flames have won, uh...oh...still only 2, and lost 10.

had to take a little time out. Reflect. Learned more about my team in this playoffs than the last 5 years with this core. Finally wore out the pic of Dash on the dartboard hanging over my desk. I'm all good now.
