not sure what team you root for, but I care about Miami because they are currently undefeated, ranked n the top 8 and they have #3 ahead on their schedule, which greatly affects my teams undefeated season.

As for Uman's legit question...I don't think the ranking is holding back the NCAA, I think their general ineptitude is the culprit.

In fact if they had any real power they would probably be more likely to show their ass now and flex a little muscle.

Miami is important to me because they took one on the chin so all of us are not subjected to the three ring circus from Indianapolis.

Personally, I think Miami should have faced probation as soon as Nevin Shapiro went public with his information and the pictures and the building with his name on it, having to be renamed.
