Those requirements can be bypassed fairly easily if anyone's interested.

If you're using Chrome or Firefox, there's an add-on called Stealthy which will automatically find you a proxy in an authorized foreign country, which will fool YouTube into letting you watch.

Make sure not to leave it on all the time, because it will slow your internet browsing speed a TON.

Found that for the live games, it works too if you load the page, click through to another link, disable the add-on, then browse back to the live feed page. Better speed that way.
