Interesting choice of words. I swear! He had the worst luck of any NFL player, last year. He had the worst luck. He gets hurt in pre-season. Then, he was supposed to come back against Tampa, but had the freakish pre-game injury with Aldrick Robinson. Then, he finally plays against Philly and played lights out. Then, get hurt for the rest of the season in that game. Wow!

I think he plays at least 10...he's been pretty healthy his whole career. 2012 was just weird for us.

I hope so. IMO, Rambo wins the starting FS job and I don't like the idea of two rookies starting. Would be much more comfortable with Meriweather and Rambo.

The brief time he was on the field, he looked really impressive in this defense.

Defense could really be a surprise if key players can stay healthy this year.

Obviously it is possible.

That being said, it is possible for me to win the lottery...if I only buy a ticket.

My money says hell no he won't make it...but it's possible.

He's played solid enough so far IMO.

Going to have the unenviable task this week of shutting down the run/Witten.

This is where he earns his paycheck and proves to everyone he's still has some ability left in his tank.

No one yet has shut down Witten, the best we can hope for is to contain him. He is sneaky fast for a big guy and has great hands.

Merriweather has played OK, he just has to stay on the field. IMO, we need him to provide top level double team support for Dez. We can put Doughty on Witten. Of course, then that means we have our LBs on Murray out of the backfield........not a good matchup for us.
