The Barrett thing is such misleading and anyone who brings him up is basing their opinion off of emotion rather than fact. He wanted to go to a place where he could start and no amount of money Denver could give him was going to change that.

And him having 8 sacks this year has nothing to do with Denver letting him go, unless you actually think he’s more talented than Chubb and Von he would be struggling just like everyone else if he was still on his team.

Barrett did the right thing Mingo . He loved the Broncos he wanted paid. We offered the same contract we wanted to keep him he felt he would start there he was right.

I’m sure an insane amount of money was gonna keep Barrett around but that wasn’t gonna happen. That was pretty much a slam dunk he was leaving after last year once we drafted Chubb.

I haven't seen Callahan play as a Denver Bronco, but I would say based on what I've seen early in the season is Callahan's absence has been sorely felt. Not only in covering his assignments (and keeping Yaidom off the field), but also he was the guy who knew how to play the Fangio pass defense.

The positive is that Bausby was given the chance to take over Yaidom's spot on the depth chart.
