Might as well. It's all anyone is going to be talking about until April.

That's the question. The only reason i won't be mad if they trade up is if they are 100% convinced he is the guy. For instance i thought trading up for micah parsons was a no brainer, but we didn't. So, looking at it glass half full, if the Bears aren't trying to rob us at gunpoint to move up, you gotta do it. I'm still ok with Maye or Daniels though
Strange.
It's Riddick, so take it with a grain of salt.Strange.
Not sure I would say gap?
Is williams that much better than daniels?
If so, how?
To me, williams has better arm talent.
However, daniels is taller, and more athletic.
Daniels has no baggage either.
I am not a talent evaluator but that is what the numbers and eye test show.
That's the question.
Is chicago going to play chicken with us and risk taking a potental malcontent qb with their #1 pick
Or
Are they going to be reasonable and make a deal that makes sense.
That, I dont know.
If accurate, this means a lot to me. I think it also means that Caleb will be coming here. Somehow.
For those among us who follow and calculate such things, what's the historical cost to move up in the draft from 2 to 1?
nope too much rather keep everything Daniels is better than Williamsmaybe the Bears would prefer one of your DT's and a 3rd or 4th throw in.
wonder if the Pats would do a 2nd to draft Williams?
well...I'd take Daniels at 2 then cause Williams is 1.1nope too much rather keep everything Daniels is better than Williams
When dealing with the #1 pick overall, you can throw that chart out the window. The real question is, what will it take to convince the Bears to pass on Caleb Williams?According to multiple draft pick value charts, pick 1:1 is wirth 3,000 points and pick 1:2 is worth 2,600 points, the 400 point difference being the exact equivalent of 2:18, pick fifty.
Caleb williams can help in that department...lolWhen dealing with the #1 pick overall, you can throw that chart out the window. The real question is, what will it take to convince the Bears to pass on Caleb Williams?
Maybe a little, until four more teams jump in. Being at two gives us an advantage though. I'll admit. @chillerdab If I came across aggressive my bad. SincerelyCaleb williams can help in that department...lol
He can always tell the bears he prefers to not play for them.
Will it happen, probably not but it could.
Is it conceivable williams tells the bears he will not play for them?Maybe a little, until four more teams jump in. Being at two gives us an advantage though. I'll admit. @chillerdab If I came across aggressive my bad. Sincerely
