I think he will be a nice complement to Gordon and Hawkins and Cameron. With the addition of Ben Tate, Cleveland just needs QB play and their offense will be good enough. Especially considered the additions they made to an already very good defense.
That lightning in a bottle from Hoyer last year is healthy. Not sure he will repeat what he did last year. Browns take a QB at #4 tells me they agree he will not. They wait till #26 or second rd. They must believe in Hoyer.
The browns have to get to the league minimum cap number somehow. Might as well sign guys who can play right away or tie your own people up with cap-heavy year 1 contracts (Ahem, Alex Mack, ahem).
