He and Tomlin are the only 2 AA head coaches worth their salt, the difference is, Lovie is all class....I figured he would be a top candidate and was surprised someone didn't hire him for something last yr....That's good news for us because Caldwell is interviewing with the Lions and Skins so we won't have to worry about Lovie upstaging him....Hope somebody takes him, he sucks as an OC.....

The Bucs can get ready for another round of Tampa Two...I think TB will be more apt to pick a DEF player now in the 1st round...Glennon is probably safe...agree with the post about him getting a good OC.

I am actually happy with this pick. My concerns are the OC. We have never had a great offense and bringing in a defensive minded head coach troubles me.

OC Is going to be critical if the team is developing a young QB.

Like some have said this hire almost made too much sense. He fits well with that team and the talent that they have. Should bring back some respectability to that franchise.

Lovie was a great coach in Chicago, problem was the GM. Look at the drafting during Lovie,s time here in Chicago. Worst in sports history. He got more wins with less talent then should be possible. We fixed our GM problem and then got rid of Lovie, it was a huge mistake that we made. Our O is great now but not because we changed coaches, but because our new GM brought in talent for the O side. I wish Lovie was still our coach and Trestman our OC. Many Bear fans wanted Lovie to stay. Some of the slower fans could not understand that the GM was the real problem.
