They have to prove their innocence? How is that even possible?I agree with OP that his neck and head do look bigger, but his arms and upper body look similar, one pic looks like hes wearing a tighter shirt thats all.

Thats not saying the guy hasnt used in the past, with athletes its really gotten to the point at least for me that the need to prove their innocence. Im not a jury or a judge so I may have that mindset
In all fairness,
A) He had under 400 PAs last year batting 3rd/4th
B) The combined OBPs of the Nats #1 and #2 hitters was like .310

Harper said he was at 235 going into spring training last year. He said he usually loses about 20 pounds during the season.
But going into the offseason he was 236. He lost 16 pounds in the last month and was already in pretty good shape.
Now he is at 220.
