The DA did not charge Miller with domestic violence. Instead the DA charged Miller on vandalism charges for throwing his girlfriend's phone against the wall, lol
Are you kidding. The DA did not charge Miller with domestic violence. Instead the DA charged Miller on vandalism charges for throwing his girlfriend's phone against the wall, lol

No, lol. I love the part where it says he could be sentenced up to a year in jail, LMAO. California has released thousands of nonviolent prisoners due to overcrowding and they are going to lock up a guy for smashing his girlfriend's phone? The DA shouldn't waste taxpayer's money on this.

So is it safe to say Miller will be with the team?
Yeah either a Fine or 1 game suspensionI would think so, not that DV charges are no longer an issue. Not sure what type of discipline he might receive for the vandalism charges. Can't be much

I don't think the league would even punish him for vandalism. It's the overhanging DV issue that could come into play. The league doesn't really care about the legal system, so if there's decent evidence that Miller was abusive toward a woman, he could be facing a suspension. Of course, if that was the case, they probably wouldn't have filed at all.
My understanding was the DV case is done and they aren't going to file charges for that. The vandalism charges is what is left of their investigation.
