So to be sure I follow, some players hated the coach and wanted him gone BUT the GM acknowledges that some other players are going to be upset with this which in a way means that Bill Guerin is purposely introducing conflict into the locker room AND pretty well saying some players' wishes are more important than others.

That about right?

I've maintained this team peaked 3 or 4 years ago, and as long as Parise and Suter contracts are on the books, they'd be swimming in mud.... so... changing coaches periodically to appease the fan base....

But in general it would be nice if NHL teams would start realizing that 90% of the time the reasoning for a team being ass and coach getting fired.......is the shitty ass goalies they employ.
