Probably the best opening there is. Cleveland is young and have the 4th most cap space next year. You are correct, if he wins 6-7 games the first year, he is loved.

Yep...with a last place schedule 6-10 is very doable, another top 10 draft pick and some FA tweaking, if Mayfield is the man, CLE could be a factor in the DIV for the next decade. PIT is eventually going to have a starter not named Big Ben...BAL is likely to start the transition from Flacco next yr. CIN will probably give Dalton another deal so they are probably going to stay competitive but may never win anything...CLE could be a good job if you can hang in there about 4 seasons.

He said that 'Dorsey was a GM a coach dreams for' or something like that on the broadcast.

FWIW, I thought the Browns interim coaching did a good job in the game against the Chiefs.

I wasn't buying the 2 pt conversion bit.

I figured they were just doing that because they already gave up on the season. I wasn't really factoring that in.

I heard Michael Lombardi suggest Dabo Swinney as a possible candidate for the Browns job. Wonder how he would translate to the NFL?
