Me to. Especially during the Norv years n a couple of the Gibbs 2.0 years. When it seemed the Skins were alwaysd ahead at halftime, but would end up losing games in the 2nd half due to multiple reasons. The main reasons being failing to make any 2nd half adjustments n QB play.

Hey @Sportster 72 from what you can tell what percentage of these sacks are on the line and what percentage are on Howell? Appreciate it in advance.

Also out of the five which lineman do you see struggling the most?

It's about 50/50 and both games Howell threw 30 passes in the first half which is a bit too much. It makes it easier for the defense to rush. The line is not great, everyone is right there but EB can call plays to help them out. Leno has trouble with speed rushers but EB can get him help by chipping with a TE. Go back to the McLaurin TD pass, the line held up well there.

Yeah i was happy to see EB go to the run a little more yesterday. Gotta think LT is our 1st pick next year. They fix this line we are gonna be a problem next year.

As good as SH played, my game ball goes to Eric Bienemy. We actually have a competent play caller.

You may be right, I need to see more innovation from EB. So much he can do with Robinson, Gibson, Samuel etc on the field at the same time.

On one sack there was a speed rush and leno moved to his right to block someone else, the guy came in unblocked. I will blame that on SH for not calling the right protection. But he still was awesome for a young QB and still learning. I see him as on trajectory to be our franchise guy if he keeps playing like this. Needs to stop holding the ball too long in certain situations though.

That is exactly correct, Leno blocked down and the outside guy was unblocked. Could be Howell not setting the protection, could be miscommunication at the line.

Another play a Denver player wearing forty something set wide and just blew past Leno ... he got hands on him but too little too late. BMitch said he would have beet anyone with that speed.

Leno does have some trouble with speed rushers so it is up to EB and SH to call a play, set the protection better etc.
