You should go back and do your homework. :)

If you don't count injuries, Houston has actually had 4 main QB's in their entire history

David Carr- 5 years
Matt Schaub- 7 years
Ryan Fitzpatrick- 1 year
Brian Hoyer- 1 year

So 4.

They had some injury replacements such as Rosenfels (retired playing several years in NFL), Yates (Still in NFL), Mallett, (Ruined himself but still in NFL) Leinart (Bust picked up as backup for Houston) and Keenum (still in NFL), but really for starting the season they'd had 4 main QB's. All very average QB's but just getting the facts. :)

I can see where some would be bitter then Os didn't re-sign him, but at the end of the day he was a FA. He didn't whine his way out or quit on the team and if it wasn't for him we probably don't win a SB last year.

I'll chalk it up as part of winning a SB.

I'd much rather a player leave like Osweiler did then Eddie Kennison or Jay Cutler. It's part of the business.

While we are ragging on Brock, I'll take the opportunity to point out his tattoo is grammatically incorrect ..

People with misspellings and mistakes inked permanently into their skin are usually morons .

He probably didn't even realize

Haha I forgot about the tattoo mistake. I guess he does have enough money to now go get that lasered off his arm.

Again- Like I said. They had 4 main QB's... They had a lot of injury replacements most of whom are still in the NFL.

They didn't have 10 starting QB's in 10 years like you claimed.

Players get injured. You can't really hold 2nd and 3rd stringers not going on to have stellar careers against a team.

I mean at one point a few years ago when Houston made the playoffs they were down to their 4th string QB TJ Yates. A lot of those guys listed weren't real starters, they were starters by injury.

I don't think Brock Osweiler should worry about 2nd and 3rd stringers not hanging around the Texans as starting QB's against signing with the team.

I don't think anyone was arguing what opportunity was better were they? Unless I missed a post or two were someone was.

I just wanted to correct you on your stats. Houston has had 4 main starting QB's in their history. The others have been injury replacements. Nothing really to argue here, that is just a fact.

I think he might be commenting on Osweiler making the comment that Houston was a better opportunity for success for him over that of the Broncos.

Is that is how Os feels then I feel he has a reason to say that. He spent his time here, he would know how he feels I suppose.

Not that I agree with him, but I am not in his shoes. Not my choice. Maybe Denver was depressing to him, maybe he didn't get along with a coach, maybe he didn't like the attitude, maybe the girls out there had it out for him. Who knows why he felt that way but hard for us to judge.

Off field aside I would roll with Denver, but everyone has their reasons for not being happy somewhere.

Depends what you mean by starting QB. Qbs that started the season 4. QBs that started a game 10.

Well that is where the hang up is between Crash and I on this issue. He is talking QB's who have started.... I am saying don't fault a team for injuries. Actual hey this is our starting QB. I don't really fault a team when they have to go to their #2 or 3 guy. Hard enough to win in the NFL with your #1 QB. I'm talking QB's who you build your team around. Not guys who come in unexpected and have to start.

Houston has gone through 4 QB's their entire Houston Texan franchise where they go into the season saying he this is our guy. Not saying they have been great QB's. Just saying it has really been 4 QB's not 10... It's not like they've brought in a new QB every year. They've been hit pretty darn good with the injury bug at QB.

All of this and Tom Savage hasn't even started a game for them.
