Definitely a bad idea to be taking Ks or Ps early. Poor Tampa Bay learned that lesson hard with Aguayo. Janikowski may be the only guy that's lived up to early draft status, but still shouldn't have been a first rounder. I miss Al Davis.

I will say though our 2 draft picks we used on our kicker and punter have panned out pretty darn well for us. Obviously for McManus it was us trading a pick but he has turned into a top-5 kicker in the NFL. Riley is quickly climbing up the punter group. I could see both of these guys sticking with the Broncos for a very long time.
