I look at the Laffs and they have Bozak as their top line centre then Hanson and I guess John Mitchell and then what ... Wayne Primeau???

and they dont invite him to their camp? (he may have turned them down)

Brian Burke would have had to adjust his metaphor for Bmo ... Bmo could have still been the mouse ... but any linemates would have had to be 2 ticks riding on his back

Nothing new on this end, just rumors still at this point. I should point out that Moss and Kotalik were injured Friday night against the Oilers (both out indefinitely).

i dont see how the canucks sign him ... frankly I dont see how they can get below the cap with both Salo and Burr on the opening night roster to maximize their LTI relief

In all honesty, I wouldn't mind the Flames going after this former Canucks player:

Michael Grabner, former 1st round pick of the Canucks has been put on waivers by the Florida Panthers who acquired him in the Ballard trade.

Apparently he has had a horrible preseason where he went -6 and had no points in 5 games.

interesting. i wondered why he wasn't in the last exhibition game.

too bad. i thought he showed pretty well in camp.
(not as strong on the faceoffs as he should have been)
maybe a victim of trying to get Salo and Burr under the cap for game 1.
I wonder if Schaef is more of a 4th line character.
