Braves fire GM Frank Wren. They missed the playoffs recently and decide to move on. They cited poor contracts to Upton and Uggla and their lack of performance as part of the reason. The Phillies have more reasons than that to fire Amaro but we know Amaro is locked in.

IMO this is something that should have been done a long time ago, guess all those late season collapses and playoff chokes finally caught up to him!

I agree with the both of you. We shaint discuss Boobens. That is too depressing at this point in this miserable season. At least the Braves owner knows when to finally cut bait and get rid of idiots.
