I remember when Jax cut him after his rookie year he hit me up informing me he had offers to join the Broncos, Jaguars or Raiders PS. Of course I screamed at him BRONCOS!!!! But the Broncos were pretty weak at LB at that time so it made sense to him, and the Raiders well... That is where you go if you want your career to last 2 years .

He made the right decision the first time and now he is free to go play for the Raiders.

Thanks to this guy for everything he did and brought Denver. A huge factor in our super bowl win. Guy who worked his way from the bottom up to make an impact on this team and earn his contract the hard way. A guy who Peyton Manning begged the coaching staff to evaluate from the PS because he was such a terror on the scout team. A guy who stuck with Denver when he could have gone elsewhere...

Major respect... If people understood the dedication and hardwork this guy gave us and his football career, they would understand a bit more!!!

He hasn’t been healthy since the Super Bowl year which was the same year Danny Trevathan left in free agency.

I guess you could also say he hasn’t been the same since Jordan Norwood, Peyton Manning, Omar Bolden, David Beuton, Malik Jackson, Briton Colquott and anyone else from that Super Bowl team who didn’t return.

One thing that caught my ear - was Fangio said he only looked at film on guys the Broncos had to make a decision on (keep) - from that we can infer - he looked at BMarsh film and said no that's not what he is looking for.

Given his option it would have been crazy for us to keep him. He wasn't giving enough. As much as I love BMarsh this one was a no brainer. It was time to move on. He's a great story, a great person and I am glad he made his name in Denver, but it's a business.
