Both dallas and pats get 4 comp picks each

So pats lose a first rd pick and gain 4 comp pickss and how in the hell did dallas get 4, picks and of course redskins get 0

Comp picks are based off of last year's FA gains and loses, it a team signs played for equal or more money than they lose, they won't get comp picks. If a team loses to big contract players and sign two low end contracts they will receive two comp picks. I was surprised Dallas got 4 picks
