It's nice that Yank$ scum fan$ will have something to smile about when Boston goes to the playoffs and they don't.

Sad that the actions of a known cheat and loathsome piece of shit are what they take joy in.

It's probably an exaggeration to say that .1% of Yankees fans "take delight" in A-Rod right now.

Not in my experience. I have a lot of friends in the city. Most Yanks fans hate their FO, particularly Cashman. Yanks fans care nothing about the game of baseball and its past. They care nothing about juicing. If a fraud keeps performing like he has, the boos for him at home will completely disappear. Wins are all they care about, pretty much categorically.

I'm no fan of the Yankees but this is absurd.

If this is in fact true, I feel very sad for that entire fanbase.

I'm no Yankees fan either, but I love the city. I'm there 2-3 months a year, and will probably move there in the near future.

I love the city and the people most of the time, but they're the most wishy washy ignorant fan base in sports history.

That's utter nonsense. You obviously know nothing of Rays, Rockies or Angels "fans."

It is always nice to be lumped into a group isn't it BigD?

Saw one for you:

Which two players scored on Edgar Martinez's double in game #5 of the 1995 ALDS?

First thing you need to do after you move - got to Stan's near the stadium and piss all over the floor. I know one of the owners - he won't mind. He's used to the Yankee fans puking all over the place.

LOL. Okay.

A fraud is hitting above .300, and the team is 7-5 since he came back.

If he stays near this productive, he will get a rousing ovation his first game back at Yankees Stadium.

But you can continue believing your .1% nonsense.

Um, no. I HATE this.

I would think pretty well everyone remembers the last guy to score was Griffey. The first guy is way more of a footnote to the play, but should not be. Joey Cora.

Pretty good. For some reason I answered Luis Sojo instead of Cora. I should have known as many times as I have seen the reply.

I don't think that is a Yankee fan problem. I think that is a sociatal problem. That being, that winning causes us to forget and forgive a lot of transgressions.

It's probably an exaggeration to say that .1% of Yankees fans "take delight" in A-Rod right now.

A lot of non-Yankee fans are also "taking delight" in A-rod, especially if he keeps hitting home runs against Boston after they intentionally plunk him for no real reason.
