A quick hit on the NBA ratings for game 2 (Go Celtics!)

The Celtics' series-tying win earned the highest preliminary rating for Game 2 of an NBA finals since 2004.

Boston's 103-94 victory Sunday night on ABC drew a 10.9 overnight rating. That's up 10 percent from the 9.9 for last year's Magic-Lakers Game 2.

I wonder what the basketball bastards thought of Air Jordan attending the Flyers - Hawks game at the United Center in a Toews jersey.

It was 110 outside yesterday and maybe people thought putting an ice hockey game on at the same time would make it cooler...

(I put the game on 2 TV's)

i thought about putting the game on both my TV's to help the ratings.. but i dont think it does? i'm not sure though..

anywho.. pains me to see the NBA beat the NHL last night.. i cheering for the NHL almost as much as i was for the flyers last night.. maybe even more so with the performance they put on

i cant wait for the nba to lockout in 2 years, it wont be able to recover IMO

Wife didn't to be in the house (we had to put a dog down Saturday) and she needed to get away. She suggested going out for pizza and watching the Hawks game. But being in SoCal I don't think there was a TV at a pizza place on anything but the Lakers. Went to a chain old folks place(Mimi's) and there was no one there. Talked them to put the Hawks game on in the bar. The waiters and busboys were not happy. Hope I didn't get any surprises in my meal.

That's about 2 minutes more than me.

I will check to see who won afterwards, but I refuse to watch. The 2 minutes I caught were while I was switching between DVDs to watch:)
