What are you're boldest predictions with the way it looks in the NHL now at this point. many teams wont be changing much when the season starts so I think its fair to make some bold ones.

and a possible prediction that would not really surprise you but would the NHL world

Boldest Predictions now...

Pittsburgh will win the Presidents Trophy assuming Sid plays the season
San Jose will win the Stanley Cup against the Pittsburgh Penguins (assuming Sid plays the season)

Possible Predictions that would not surprise me in the least but would the NHL...

The Vancouver Canucks will MISS yes.. MISS the playoffs due to injury and a terrible Oct/Nov due to injury missing players and Luongo goes into a depression play like he did in his second year with Vancouver in which we missed that season as well.

Sidney Crosby will miss the entire season due to concussion related symptoms suffered in the first month of the season.

Barring major injuries... The Kings or the Sabres will win it all this year.

- Ryan Kessler has a higher point total than either Sedin.

- Stamkos scores less than 35 goals.

- The Miller walks away for the Vezina.

- Washington makes it to the ECF round.

- Crosby plays 60+ games.

It may happen one year (if he gets a bonafide winger), but hopefully for the Sedin's sake it's not this year.
