Yea they are really going after it early in this game........they've ran 18 plays on offense and have 28 points.

They even kicked an onside kick.

The main difference between Nebraska and Boise State is that Boise plays like a team, or are on the same page on every play, but Nebraska just doesn't seem to do that. I truly believe we have a lot of talent but not a whole lot of chemistry, otherwise Texas would've gotten beat by us by at least 3 TDs in Lincoln.

I can't say for sure if the chemistry problem is mostly because of coaching or just having a bunch of players who are really hard to motivate, or this may be a combination of both.

I know now I'll be scrutinized for telling it like it is especially by Jed, but that's too bad if some people can't see why we can't beat a team like SDS for example by more than 14 points, or beat a TERRIBLE Texas team in Lincoln when we should have all of the motivation in the world to do so.

I'm going to give our team a somewhat free pass for the ISU debacle because we had to play a very average QB at best, and because of the typical Niles Paul antics of trying to give the game away when we had ISU by the balls.

Ive been thinking about the team chemistry/leader deal and I wonder if Pelini's iron fist has anything to do with guys willing to step up. Also after reading a few articles quoting Carl, Watson, and Bo, about how other teams surprise us so easily just by changing their game plan. Then why don't we just do the same.

Hopefully our coaches can become better at in game adjustments in the future.
