Newhouse does blow. We need all our starters to stay pretty healthy all year in my opinion for us to have a great chance of making a decent playoff run.

The healthy teams with healthy depth seem to be the teams with the best chance year in and year out to make the SB. Of course that is super QB's. But if you do not have a super QB, by all means, stay healthy!

Always grades out at a pro-bowl level.

I think that is where the angst comes from with Jwil...Collins walked, and he wanted Collins to be the LT, and move Whit down into LG.

While that wouldn't have been a bad call at all, it simply isn't how the team moved. With that being said, the need for a backup LT should have been, IMO, a higher priority.

I know we will be OK but when the speed rushers come Im concerned....and I know we cant put Newhouse in there to replace him so you wont hear that argument from me... Whit, Pollack, Bodine, Zeitler and Smith should be able to hold it down.....Hope Bodine is smart....

He hasnt owned Cam Wake though.....my God Cam gives his ass the blues...I dont know if Suggs is the fastest he has a mix of power and speed..... Cam and others like him give Whit problems...bigtime.

How many times has Whit played against Wake? Just curious. I would love to see the statistical pattern saying he struggles against Wake, because I know it is much more than 1 game you are basing this off of, correc?

He will play 16 games?

It's a good bet for you -- Whit has only missed two games in 5 seasons. And only 8 games in his 8 season career.

He's a franchise player and one of the best leaders on the team.

But sure..... Let's piss on him for having three or four bad games in an 8 game career. We should just get rid of his ass.
