Bobby Rainey

I'm thinking about sitting him against the 9ers but I've been burned all year with last minute changes. Anybody else feel confident with playing him?

He is in my flex, other RB's are Zac Stacy and Demarco Murray. I'm thinking of possibly playing Cordarrelle Patterson or Andre Ellington in his spot.

just read Gerhart and Peterson are both out for Minny. Patterson might be a good play this week, really their only play maker

I actually have a good feeling about him but i am starting sjax over him. I had the same feeling about mark Ingram a few weeks ago and he put up just 3 points so take that for what it's worth.

I'd play Patterson with confidence. MIN will need a big game out of their WR's (not to mention the QB).

Rainey is sure to see the workload (~20-25 carries) so one could argue he is a "safe" play. Not sure I would trust him!

I think I will play him, lots of upside which I need this week.

If your league awards return yards then he's guaranteed to post respectable numbers at the VERY LEAST! But if not, I'm with you in that he has huge upside! Roll the dice on him!!!

how about Bobby Rainey this week in STL? they just slapped Brees around and kept him out of the endzone for most of the night, can they keep Rainey out of TD land as well?
