Blackhawks chirping another injured player

Brendan Morrison of the Flames approximately three weeks ago and Shawn Thornton of the Bruins tonight. Man, would I love the Flames to beat out the Hawks for the final playoff spot.

I generally don't mind the Hawks but that's pretty bad. I'm sure it was only 1 player and most teams probably have guys like that but its not cool. Not too many guys bounce right up after taking a skate blade to the face. Can't say I blame him for being upset.

Actually I did recall one of the commentators saying that some players would continue play through that, and that he went for a change... So in a polite way I would say that's calling someone a pussy in a roundabout way which is ridiculous.

Blackhawks players were taunting him as well when he was heading off the ice.

I heard that too and did a double take... I had to listen to it about five times before I realized he said most players would stay on the ice... as in stay DOWN on the ice... it was Andy Brickley, that trash-can Boston accent makes it hard to know what the hell he's talking about half the time.
