He is basing his case on the fact that he does not remember who he is. Unfortunately that has nothing to do with concussions as the rest of the world does not remember who he is either.

The guy has been a walking head case for his entire career. At one point he was arrested for drug smuggling and claimed that he was blackmailed into doing it or something to that effect.
Apparently not the nicest or together person out there. I wonder if Vinnie will pay him off or fight him.
It seems a bit strange to sue the WWE when the majority of his career was in the territories. He spent a lot of time in Oregon and Flordia.
