I think a lot of 4-3 teams are sleeping on Brandon Thompson.

Can anyone explain the logic of the Browns trade to me? They knew the Vikings were not going to take Richardson so why make that trade when their pick was next and they knew their guy would be there? I thought that was the worst move of the draft.

They thought the bucs were creepin on a trade to jump them and draft trent richardson

They should have just stayed and put. If that happened then oh well look to trade back or go with the next best player. Running backs are not really worth a top 10 pick and especially when you have to trade for them. Richardson has to end up being Payton, Sanders, or Smith to justify his value.

In other words the Browns front office is full of light weights. The Vikings weren't gonna let the Buccs jump ahead of the Browns anyway because they wanted Kalil. And even if the Buccs did trade up for Richardson the Browns could've gotten a bunch of picks by trading DOWN with a team who needed a LT.

This is why they're the Browns. They need to let a randumb fan run the draft & see if they can get a good player simply by virtue of dumb luck. It'd be a better strategy than what they're doing now.

Poe has bust written all over him. He wasn't even a 1st team all Conference USA selection. Great at the combine, but it doesn't show up on film.

Fletcher Cox & Brockers are better DT's & it's not even close.
