Tulane had a REALLY good team in 98(?) thats about the only time I ever remember Tulane being decent in footbal. Basketball has had some solid teams in the last 20 years or so though. I think ECU could really benefit from this move. They have good tradition but the BE is probably screwed either way. Cant imagine UL, UConn etc sticking around.
