Who said so, you? Again if a person doesn't like a comment, then that person has an option of ignoring that comment. There are always people talking about other teams or games, during game threads. That's just the way it is, rather we like it or not.

Defense hasn't really been that bad lately. I don't think any defense from the SEC or any conference would look that great week in and week out in the Big 12. An average to above average QB has done pretty damn good against those great SEC defenses this season.

I'm sure there would be some adjustment to the stats, but I don't think as much as you may think.

These are the stats I like because they take opponents into account. TCU is #13 and Oklahoma is #67, so TCU defense is showing up in the stats.

But Oklahoma is easily #1 in offense.

I'm not saying I disagree with this but my point was comparing the Big 12 defenses to defenses in other conferences using stats is apples and oranges.
