Michigan was our most "impresive" win this season.

That or Penn St (4-4)(7-5)

Those were Nebraska's only two wins against teams with at least 7 wins.

Not sure which Big 10 bowl loss is more disturbing.

Nebraska beat Michigan in the last 2 minutes.

However, Syracuse was (6-6) going into the Texas Bowl. Minnesota was (8-4).

Syracuse out-rushed Minny 208 - 127
Minny's QB was 13 for 30 passing.

Minnesota owned Nebraska up-front.

Syracuse Wins

Wagner (FCS)
Tulane (non-AQ)(7-6 overall) Lost their bowl to non-AQ
N.C. State (3-9) Not bowl eligible
Wake Forest (4-8) Not bowl eligible
Maryland (7-6) Lost their bowl to non-AQ
Boston College (7-5) Plays Arizona New Years Eve

Syracuse Losses

Penn St (17-23)
Northwestern (27-48)
Clemson (14-49)
Georgia Tech (0-56)
Florida St (3-59)
Pittsburgh (16-17)

Didn't we have a thread where we predicted the bowl outcomes for the B1G? If so, either I did not post in it or I am blind. I did have two glasses of wine last night, but my ability to hold liquor cancels out my chance at claiming blind drunk.

I think I said best case scenario was 4-3 and the worst case scenario was 1-6. Minnesota was my for sure win.

OHHH and SEVEN baby.

Rutgers and Maryland will fit right in.

Oh shit. I forgot about Rutgers and Maryland joining next year.

So the Big 10 is effectively (0-4) in bowls right now. :L

Filled er in fer ya.

The BIG 2-7, what's that mean? All the games were pretty competitive except for a couple. The north isn't that far behind the southern teams.

Although, the BIG as a conference whole is :lame:

Edit: I forgot to add, if Ed Cunningham ever calls another Nebby game; it'll be too fuckin' soon...

What a great conference. And we're arguably the 5th best team. Bo's doing a great job.

The Big 10 losses that look the worst are Minnesota and Michigan.

Minnesota looked horrible up front against Syracuse and couldn't get anything going offensively like they did when they shoved the ball down Nebraska's throat.

Michigan was outright dominated by K. State and Nebraska barely got out of that game with a win in the final 2 minutes.

Did anyone notice who the starting QB for K. State was?

It was none other than Jake Waters. The Iowa Western Community College transfer.

I think Mr. Snyder is the King of JUCO's. That dude makes a living off of transfers, its absolutely amazing the consistency he creates with these guy's. Bill seems like the guy who know what he needs to fill spots and succeeds at finding them.

Were you TJ or AL?

My dad went to TJ. We used to go to their games all the time when I was a kid.

We never missed a TJ/AL game.

It was never our Big Rivalry, that was Harlan. I just never liked anyone from over there. We'd party with AL and TJ guys and it was fine but whenever a St Albert guy showed up someone would usually have to slap him. Or he'd call up the Vatican and they'd send about 10 more over and someone would get jumped.

Ahh, the old days.
