A buddy of mine had an awful one a few years ago. Not long after Chris Henry's death. His team name was Henry's Headbangers.

Eifert in Your General Directn (but only Monty Python fans will get it. But seriously, who has NOT seen Monty Python's Holy Grail?).

Runner up is: The Forsett Awakens. (Sadly, the Dark Side still has control.)
