Pretty sure this is Bernier's first NHL fight, he held his own against Miller.

Looks like all kinds of crazy broke out in the Toronto Sabres game.

there will be suspentions for this one. One guy left the bench and some stick work during the scrums. Refs weree wearing GO cams as well.

Wow.... There are a couple players that are gone for couple games, and Clarkson gone for at least 10 games for leaving the bench/penalty-box twice.

Kessel has to get some for the spear... I want better video!!!

Yeah, this was pretty ugly all the way around.

I got the feed on my FB from TSN and checked it out. There is a better video on TSN's site but I had to sift through commercials and all that stuff on my phone so I just went to You Tube on the laptop and this is what I found. I'm sure better videos will be uploaded tonight if they haven't been already.

Kessel's spear was a bitch move, I would be surprised to not see a suspension there.

Sure looks like it, Bernier did fine. He got in the better parts of the bout IMO. Not what I would have expected from him, he always looks so nonchalant.

Kessel will get suspended, as will a ton of other guys, but I think the league will also take into consideration that a team's goon (Scott) when after another team's star. That's a no-no, and they should expect an appropriate response from the opposing team.

The spear is what I think they will get him on more than anything. I'm thinking 5 games tops.

And...hockey is back. Awesome. Clarkson looked like a midget to me in that video, even despite Scott's size. I thought as a power forward, he would have been bigger.

Bernier definitely got the best of that fight, but mostly because his arm got free first. I am glad we traded him to the East so that I can still root for him and not have to worry about any significant repercussions.

Wow Kessel takes two whacks at Scott and tried to run. And than the spear (poke) at the end. He should get 20 games if not more. Carlyle came out to say that Scott broke the code for going after a non-fighter. Scott came back and said that he was going after a blue shirt, no matter who was wearing it. And it just so happens that it was Kessel.
Ok, code or not, to swing a stick like that is intent to injure. And as far as I'm concerned his new name is Pussel.

All he did was wack a guy with a stick a few times. Nothing as horid as leaving the bench or accidently hitting someone with a stick. Preseason vacay and no money lost

Kessel is a bitch. He gives off the aura of being a coward and I'm not surprised at the video Pete provided. Dude won't fight, just hack and run. This is exactly why I can't stand Brown sometimes, he's Phil Kessel minus about 15-20 goals every season. He will play you tough until you're confronted.

This has more to do with jersey selling than it does justice. But I also believe my original theory of he won't get much because a goon jumped him played in here. Combo of both.

I don't think there was anything accidental about Kassian's stick swing. He should have gotten way more for that, not Gagne's fault he is a better player than him and made him miss the check.
