LOL! I said 'drafting our own'

Alcohol is wonderful.

We are a model franchise.

How fitting. The article is titled "slant". i wouldve bet money it was another Hobs propaganda piece but it looks like an ESPN fodder platter. But anyways, we're awesome because we hang onto a bunch of scabs apparently. Let's give Mike Brown a Nobel prize for hanging onto Rey Maualuga, Brandon Ghee, and Tanner Hawkinson. If only we'd kept the "homegrown" Otis Hudson or Ryan Whalen. Everybody's jealous of the Bengals as usual.

What sort of draft genius are we going to see from Cinci today? Wild card approach?

What sort of mediocrity are we going to see from the Steelers?

You might wanna tell the guy in your avatar to roll his blunts at home next time. Guess that explains the tinted visor.

When you refuse to sign free agents, if you want to field a team, the majority of it is 'homegrown'

You can just feel the electricity in the air in Hamilton County. This Bengals draft is one for the ages. 3 OL and a lead footed LB. Not one 2015 contributor to be had. Build the farm boys! Build the farm! Not like we've been trying to win a playoff game for 5 straight years or anything. The whole league is jealous of the Bengalian way.

The Bengals "keeping their own" is a product of being cheap. It's not a product of drafting well. You don't "draft well" and not win a damn thing.

I forgot...have the Bengals won a damn thing?

Bengals are listed as 1 of 8 teams to have nailed the draft.

Winners from the 2015 NFL Draft - NFL.com

Unfortunately, the Browns and Ravens were two of the other 8 teams.

Lighten up fellas, save your hate for Dalton.

Well...no. Whoever wrote these comments is a retard

It wasn't super flashy, but the Bengals did an outstanding job of shoring up their offensive line with Texas A&M tackle Cedric Ogbuehi (at No. 21 overall) and fellow tackle out of Oregon, Jake Fisher (at No. 53). Ogbuehi has drawn comparisons to Eugene Monroe while Fisher gives the Bengals an athletic blocker. Both have a shot to start right away.

With Jermaine Gresham out the door, Cincy also added another tight end to the mix in Tyler Kroft (at No. 85). He's a pass-catcher who NFL Media's Lance Zierlein compared to Travis Kelce. This was a good-value pickup for the Bengals. -- Marc Sessler

First, neither tackle has any chance to start. One is out for the ENTIRE 2015 SEASON.

Second, Kroft caught 24 passes. Kelce caught 45 his Senior season. There is NO COMPARISON AT ALL.

1) Ogbuehi is not out for the entire season. He will start the season the PUP which is either 6 or 8 weeks. He will be available at some point, and it does not matter, as long as we have Whitworth and Smith healthy for this season, we are good to go.

2) Kroft was not targeted that much in his program because they don't use the TE's that much. That alone does not make him a crappy TE because he was in a college program that didn't utilize their TE's. Not unlike the Bengals over the last decade or so. Hopefully with these new TE's along with Eifert, we can use them more.

Everyone wanted a flashy WR including myself, but in reality, we picked up Moore in the offseason, Green, Jones, Sanu will all be healthy, and we added two new pass catching TE's, at least one who can block, to a healthy Eifert. If we are going to be playing a lot of two TE sets to disguise our offensive intentions, either run with Hill, or drop back and pass, it is nice to know that both TE's on the field become legit pass catching options for the Little Pink Rocket.

I don't think the team in general is that bad. It is just the guy commanding the huddle that is the issue.

I think overall, this is a very solid roster, one of the best in the league overall talent wise. Just need a leader that can get us over the hump.
