Nice to see you can play the drums......

Williams would have to come up with his own playbook for those games but I understand the concern
Stop yourself. This is the NFL, not pop-warner.You've got the plays, nomenclature that have been hard wired for 2 years, and now you have to totally redo plays, formations, call signals?
Dirty pool by the Bungles. I hope it backfires and Browns blow them out.
Right! Hiring a coach who won 3 games over 3 years and pairing him with the coach who can't win a post season game is not an advantage except in mrschanney's mind.Stop yourself. This is the NFL, not pop-warner.
The Browns coaching staff will probably use it to their advantage. Let Hue think he knows the plays, hand signals, audibles, etc. You, Marvin & Hue are the only people dumb enough to think they have an advantage.
It's not rocket science Pip.
Bengals have 2 games scheduled against the Browns.
Seems like an unfair advantage. Can the league stop this hire?
Just when I was feeling down about our season, HOPE!
When you are last in defense, you aren't going to get far, I don't care how great your QB is. But now, Marvin is "back" as a defensive coordinator, and bringing back Hu, things can only get better!

Sorry but until this combo wins a playoff game I ain't buying it. Their previous paring in Cinncy produced zero playoff wins, so I have every right to be skeptical.Jackson has been a very successful assistant at every stop. I remember when people criticized teams for looking at Rod Marinelli as a DC after he went 0-16 in Detroit. In 2010, he took a middling Bears defense in 07, 08 and 09 - immediately made it elite again. He turned out the same results in 11 and 12. Before departing with Lovie's firing - when the D dropped to the bottom of the league in 2013.
It's a fallacy... Plenty of poor HC's have been great assistants. Hue appears to be one of those guys.

Disagree. He's a negative in Cinncy.What aren't you buying?
Hue has been a very successful assistant in this league. There's nothing to "not buy"... it's an established fact. lol. There's really not a world where adding him is a negative.

He now has the stench of losing on him that will spread to the team and increase the stench of losing they already have on them. That's a negative in my book. How is that so hard to understand?K... well, because you said it. A perpetually successful assistant who has an established relationship with the key coaches/players and the system they run is a negative.
I also think grass is a bright red. I said it... must be right. lol
