Herbert carved up the Bengals on that drive, ending with a beautiful TD pass to Johnston. 14-6 Chargers lead it.

Burrow is in a bad situation, he’s a very good QB but he has a weak O-Line, subpar rushing attack, and a trash D surrounding him. Chargers are carving up the Bengals D, 24-6 game at half.

Bengals need to completely overhaul the defense this offseason (and that probably includes some of their position coaches, in addition to players). Of course, that means spending money in a proactive manner, and ol' Mike Brown is not one to freely spend, to say the least.
