Maddening, two weeks in a row couldn't seal win that was there for taking.Playoff teams don't lose like that to a team with losing record at home.
But too many turnovers.
Oh well

With 3 of the biggest bitch plays ever called.
It is strange a team missing their 2 best players only scored 10.
Early dobbs success was a bit of a mirage.
Fields should've been called for IG on final drive, but mn also had chance to seal it on offense and went 3 and out
The Bears have this inate ability to bring opponents down to their level. I think we can both agree that at least for tonite, the less shitty team won.Better bring your A game if you wanna lose to us mother fucker.
-6 turnover ratio over those two weeks, yup.Maddening, two weeks in a row couldn't seal win that was there for taking.

Agreed. Dobbs finally got of rhythm and we borrowed getsy playbookHow does it make sense to run the 2 crappiest runs in the playbook, followed by a screen pass for nothing with 3 minutes left after going for it on 4th and 6?
Some of these coaching decisions really make me scratch my head. They can talk about analytics and all this other nonsense, but when it comes down to game winning decisions, they're still stuck in the 1970's. Don't act like you have a pair and believe in your guys in the first half and then turtle up when the game is on the line.
They thought the D could stop them like they had all game...then they changed the scheme to a prevent for the last drive...How does it make sense to run the 2 crappiest runs in the playbook, followed by a screen pass for nothing with 3 minutes left after going for it on 4th and 6?

Ugly game. Surprised wasn't flexed but dobbs storyline probably kept it on primetime, suckersThe Bears have this inate ability to bring opponents down to their level. I think we can both agree that at least for tonite, the less shitty team won.

I honestly think they realized dobbs was completely unraveling and just hoped the bears would be the bears. How does it make sense to run the 2 crappiest runs in the playbook, followed by a screen pass for nothing with 3 minutes left after going for it on 4th and 6?

We had them. 3rd and 10 back off and leave moore open....groovyThey thought the D could stop them like they had all game...then they changed the scheme to a prevent for the last drive...
Makes sense. Uh huh.

I'm not disagreeing, I was simply trying to respond to the "why did they call these calls" conversation. They're morons, he actually just put the drive together to take the lead. Maybe they weren't watching or something?
If I were a Bears fan, I would be terrified right now.
They are going to play themselves out of a 2nd top 10 pick and on the way allow Eberfus and Pace to save their jobs.
JFTR, it's Poles, not Pace. But the rest of what you said is spot on.I think Pace is safe and all the coaches are trying to put some good stuff on film for their next job.
He never looked comfortable the entire game. Some of this has to be credited to the Bears D, they had a solid game plan. But Dobbs just didn't look steady at all.I uess it took a few games for Dobbs to show why he is a back up NFL QB
