Exactly! Magic was embarrassed as he should be. Too much of a competitor and a born winner is not going to sit and watch that sh*t ever again. Rivera & Co sealed any hope of their return. It's over. He will be gone once they are officially eliminated from playoff contention. And that's Harris only showing some dignity to Rivera.

Yes and no.
Reid and veech(current GM) are a head coach and GM duo.
Veech actually makes the GM decisions. I am pretty familiar with the chiefs as I lived there for several years.

I can't remember the last time a coach quit/retired/stepped-down in midseason. Was Bobby Petrino the last one? And he quit in early December.
