Sam Houston gets guy at second. Fly ball to Kash, he lost it in the sun and the ball falls to the turf to lose 10-9. What a heart breaker!!!!

Former Texas A&M head coach and current Sam Houston St head coach got bailed out with that last play. They have a tied game in the bottom of the 9th at home with a guy at 2nd. The guy coming to the plate had already hit 2 home runs today including the grand slam. He actually pulled him and pinch hit for him with a guy that would be a defensive replacement in the 10th. Why in the hell would you do that? That isn't one of those bone head moves that worked so he is a genius. He flat out got lucky with that fluke play.

Apparently the guy with the 2 home runs was pulled in the top of the 9th for the defensive replacement. The radio guys did a poor job of explaining that.

The move makes sense now.
