What could hurt them is that Oregon still has USC (x2), Stanford, and Oregon St. If they win out, they could very well end up ahead of Kansas St.

if Oregon and Kansas State are both undefeated at the END of the season... Oregon takes the lead

but question: is Oregon State even THAT good? they beat 2 overrated teams early in the season and just haven't let go of their ranking

OSewe has had to claw their way up the rankings. They didn't get a huge bounce by any one poll.

They also haven't given up more than 10 points at home in 4 straight games.
