Yea, I was really surprised to see Texas so awful on D with all the talent you have there.

Even if Texas wins this I would think this defense is so un acceptable someones head has got to roll over what Texas has done the past month.

It's partly his scheme, its also partly his coaching of his personnel.

He uses fire zones quite a bit, putting our back 4 in cover 1.....but his blitzes don't work because too often our LBs and DTs are all stunting the same gap......leaving HUGE HOLES in the D, especially if they get blocked.

Our LBs are so confused they have no idea what to do from play to play. Last week was a perfect example. OU didn't do anything fancy......they threw a pass to the FB out of the backfield, and NO LB picked him up.....ALL GAME.

And don't get me started on the lack of tackling. The sad part is, half these kids will be playing on Sunday in the NFL. There's no question Texas has talent on both sides of the ball. What they don't have is legit COACHING. I for one am SICK of watching this shit too
