Yes they do. And I like that strategy. But we simply don't know what their board looks like. I think that's where some of this board's pre-draft arguing comes about. If Evans is rated the highest when we get to pick, then IMO he'll get drafted. If not, it'll be someone else.

We don't have evidence of what their current board looks like, but we have evidence of what all their past boards looked like, and those are the tools I use to try and predict each new years pick. Usually works. Is it still a guess? Of course.
