I am a fan of the show. I don't know how realistic it is and I don't care. It is not really a sports show. In the 1st 7 episodes, there has been no scenes that show football. Some during practice, but it was more conversations among athletes. It is about players dealing with agents and publicists, mostly by the athletes correcting stupid mistakes.
It also deals with a few that retired and trying to adjust.
I read/heard quite a few former athletes say its pretty realistic. I think I even heard that former Steeler RB Rashard Medenhall is a contributing writer that gives ideas based on his experiences and others he's heard of.
