Hey I have a question I was watching nfl network last night and they were talking about the falcons moving up to get Clowney and one reporter was talking about they can do a bait and switch trade and it got me thinking why can't the redskins to the same meaning the Browns need a qb but they don't want to pic one two high at pick 4 so can't they pick a top tier ol and the skins pick a qb at 34 then switch or trade with the browns is that even possible ?

Why wouldn't the browns just pick the QB at 4? The result is the same if its a straight up trade.

because I don't think known of the qb's are first round pics is what I'm hearing I could be wrong tho

Maybe, but what you are proposing is that they trade their 1st round pick for a qb we take in the second round. So effectively they used thei 1st round pick on a qb anyway.
