I like the way Jed York has structured things.

He's not meddling in the team much, just acting like the owner or the owner's son. (see Jerry Jones)

Baalke as a GM is not at the forefront and focusing on GM duties. (see AJ Smith of the Chargers)

Harbaugh is coaching and the heartbeat of the team.

I read somewhere that the head coach should be at the forefront and be the heartbeat of the team, and the GM and owner should work more in the background. The Pats are like that.

You raise an interesting point, '83...These are significant achievements, but because of the timing of their presentation perhaps they are less enjoyed by the recipients. Maybe the NFL should just wait until the season is completely over to present these awards.

How did the party turn out on Saturday? Food coma? Almost a heart attack from the game? Crying? lol

Dude, it was insane! There was enough food for 800 people and there were only seven of us! By the time the day was done I needed Weight Watchers & and therapist! I can't wait to do it again this Sunday!

Haha sounds pretty cool. I didnt nearly have that much food there was about 5 of us lol. But i as well cant wait to do it again! lol
