not too much of a surprise to me.... I didn't really see where he fit on this team... He is very versatile, and could contribute in many ways, but the Canucks are not all that interested in versatility at this stage. They need specific things. Grit plus talent for the third/ fourth lines. Mo just hasn't got the grit they need right now. Best of luck to him. He has served this franchise well over the years, and it is just unfortunate that his particular skills are not required by this team at this time. He will likely catch on with someone. Hope it isn't in the NW division, he still has the chops to hurt us on the right team.

Not a fan of this move, but I guess I'll trust AV knows what he's doing.

I don't see how Bolduc, who's going to likely slot in as #4C, played any grittier than Mo did this preseason.

Too bad he will be playing against us for the 6 games, and he will certainly help the center ravaged Flames. Good pick up for the Flames.
