Cream cheese stuffed jalepenos wrapped in bacon.

Easy as they sound. Cut em in half, clean out. Fill with cream chz n wrap with half a piece of bacon. Grill em and grill a bunch because they will go fast. Awesome with beer

We usually do that except we use Chicken meat (thigh meat) and put the Jalapenos and cream cheese in the chicken. Then take bacon and wrap the chicken. Its a hell of a tailgate snack. Love the jalapeno/crème cheese/bacon dishes.

Sweet. Gonna try this. I have japs in the garden and there are about 10 of them ready for pickin. Do you lay them on the grill or stand them in a one of those racks.

I use two of those flipper racks. The ones that latch up. Makes life much easier. Also I stick toothpicks in em to help hold together too. Be sure to soak picks in water so the don't burn up. Just start the Thiings off pepper side down on low temp. The longer the bacon n pepper cook the better they are IMO! Keep a beer or water bottle handy for grease fires because the bacon really puts off the grease.

Are you using boneless skinless thighs? I'm gonna try this! I do a similar dish with Filet Mignion. Stuff it with cream cheese n japs then wrap in bacon. Ill try your chicken next time though.

boneless, skinless thighs are awesome. I grill those mofo's all the time. Very versatile and freaking good.

Anyone object if I go ahead and move this over to the food and tailgating board?

edit: :L I see it's already been done.

I think they prefer to be called slant-eyes, and you're supposed to get Mexicans for the garden, duh?? ;)

Alright this sounds lame and simple, but people love them. Basically it's just a crockpot full of barbeque meatballs that have been slow cooked.

hamburger/sausage meatballs
Local BBQ sauce, some Ketchup, Dark Beer, and some seasoning

People seem to love them, and its the one of the first things to run out of when I make them.
