Auction vs Snake Standard

Okay, this will be my first yr in an auction type draft. Im in a 40 team regular snake draft league that is separated in 4 - 10 team divisions. I have already shown that I had 1st pick so many of you have already read how that went. My question is which do you like better . ? This of course is for the ones that have played both. Me personally, I think I will like the auction better. It seems like there will be more strategy especially if everyone is serious. In my regular league, Im kind of forced to take players that I dont like since it is a big money league. In this auction thing , it seems if I really want someone I could get them. Take Dez- in my other league I really didnt have a chance to get him unless he fell to 20th. He went 17th or 18th.

I'm all about the auction draft, gives every owner the same advantage and you can get any player you want as long as you're willing to pay for him. Just because I'm 10th doesn't mean I can't try and get AP on my team if I really want him

Its a 40 team league with 4 divisions of 10. 4 separate drafts. You actually play against some of your own players in the playoffs.

Now this is what Im talking about. I think if you have 12 people that really now what they are doing this could be great.
